Serving the Whole Region
We know these mountains. We know these houses. The 1970s single-wide down a gravel road, the new-construction cabin with 20-foot vaulted ceilings, the old farmhouse where every room is a different temperature, the modern spray-foam build up on Sand Mountain — we’ve worked on all of them.

If you’re not sure whether we cover your area, call us. We probably do. If we don’t, we’ll tell you who to call.
Why People Call Us
We answer the phone.
Not an answering service. Not a voicemail tree. Usually Sheddie himself.
We size systems right.
An oversized AC costs more, runs less, and dehumidifies worse. We do the math before we quote.
We show up when we say.
Time windows measured in hours, not “sometime between 8 and 5.”
We tell you the truth.
Sometimes the answer is “you don’t need a new system, you need a $40 capacitor.” We say that.

Common questions before you call
Quick answers on hours, rates, and when to call after hours. Full breakdown on our Contact page.
What are your hours?
Standard hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm at our normal rate.
After hours & weekends: Available 24/7 at overtime rates. Weekdays after 4pm and all day Saturday are overtime. Sundays are double time.
Sheddie or someone from the crew answers the phone.
Do you charge overtime for evening or weekend calls?
Yes. Our crew rate goes up outside normal hours because we’re paying overtime too. If you can wait until Monday morning at 8am, you’ll pay the standard rate. If you need us at 9pm Tuesday or Saturday afternoon, that’s overtime. Sundays are double time. We’ll quote the exact rate when you call so you know before we roll a truck.
Is my HVAC problem a real emergency?
Call us either way — we’ll help you decide over the phone at no charge. Genuine emergencies are things like no heat below freezing, no cooling in a heat wave with health issues in the house, gas smell, water actively leaking from the indoor unit, or a burning electrical smell. Things that are usually fine to wait for standard hours: system runs but doesn’t quite keep up, unusual noise with normal temperatures, planned tune-ups. When in doubt, call. We won’t send a truck out unless you need one.
