AC Repair

Central and Mitsubishi outdoor units at a Sequatchie Valley home
A central condenser stands beside two Mitsubishi ductless units on a concrete equipment pad.

When your AC quits in July, you need an honest diagnosis and a real fix. Not a sales pitch for a new system, not a vague “it probably needs replaced” answer, and not a technician who is paid to hit a commission number.

We show up, diagnose the problem, and tell you what is actually wrong. Sometimes the answer is a $40 capacitor. Sometimes it is a bad contactor, a leaking coil, a failed blower motor, or a compressor at the end of its life. We tell you what we find and what it will cost.

Common problems we fix

  • System runs but does not cool
  • AC will not turn on at all
  • Weak airflow or warm air from the vents
  • Frozen coils
  • Water leaking from the indoor unit
  • Loud or unusual noises
  • AC short-cycles or runs constantly
  • High humidity even with the AC running

When repair makes sense and when it does not

A repair is usually the right call if the system is under 12 years old, the failure is one component, and the rest of the system is in good shape. If the system is older, the compressor is failing, or the refrigerant type is being phased out, replacement may be the smarter call. We will run the math with you and let you decide.

We service Sequatchie Valley, Chattanooga, Sand Mountain, and every town in between.
