What we actually do

Most HVAC companies in the region do a good job on standard central air installs and repairs. So do we. The difference is what we’re willing to take on that other shops turn down:

  • Foam-insulated houses. Spray-foam construction throws off every rule of thumb in the HVAC handbook. Undersize the equipment and you’ll be uncomfortable; oversize it and you’ll grow mold. Most techs refuse to work on foam houses because getting it wrong is career-ending. We’ve been doing them for years.
  • In-house metal fabrication. When a duct run needs a plenum, transition, or fitting that doesn’t come in a box, we build it in our shop. That means faster jobs, cleaner installs, and no waiting a week for a special-order piece.
  • Gas piping. Fuel-gas installation is licensed work most HVAC contractors won’t touch. We’re licensed to run it.
  • Zoning and dehumidification. Multi-zone systems, whole-home dehumidifiers, and the design work behind them — not just the install.
