HVAC Services in Soddy-Daisy, TN
Soddy-Daisy is a Hamilton County community with a mix of established neighborhoods, older homes, newer builds, and properties shaped by the lakeside and ridge country nearby. That mix is exactly why a one-size-fits-all HVAC answer does not work here.
We work with homeowners who have an older system that is costing too much to run, a bonus room that never matches the rest of the house, a damp crawlspace, or a new addition that needs its own comfort plan. Homes with older ductwork can have hidden leaks and weak returns. Newer tight homes need proper sizing and humidity control. Lake-area and hillside properties can have layouts that make airflow harder than it looks on paper.

Kilgore Heating and Air is family-owned and based in Whitwell. We are not a franchise with a call center deciding who gets sent to your house. Sheddie Kilgore usually answers the phone, and we take time to understand whether you need a repair, a replacement, duct changes, or a different approach altogether.
We are especially useful when the obvious answer has not solved the problem. Running the AC harder will not fix a wet crawlspace. Replacing equipment alone will not repair crushed or leaking ducts. A bigger system will not make a tight home more comfortable. We look for the reason before we sell a fix.
If you are planning a renovation, replacing an aging system, or just tired of one room never feeling right, bring us in before the decision has been made for you. We can compare the practical options, including repair, duct changes, a mini-split, zoning, or replacement. You get a reasoned answer instead of a sales script.
That makes the next step clearer.
