Heating System Installation

Winters in the valley and up on the plateau get cold enough that heating matters. We install gas furnaces, electric heat, heat pumps, dual-fuel systems, and mini-splits sized for real winter loads in our part of the country, not a national average.
Right-sized for our climate
The most common heating problem we see is a system that was sized on a rule of thumb and is either too big or too small for the actual house. Too big means short cycles, uneven heat, and a system that wears out early. Too small means the auxiliary strip heat runs constantly and your power bill in January is punishing.
We use a Manual J load calculation so the equipment matches the house. Then we design the distribution, whether that is ductwork, mini-split heads, or a hybrid setup.
Gas furnace, heat pump, or dual fuel?
Modern cold-climate heat pumps handle almost all of a Tennessee winter on their own. A dual-fuel system pairs a heat pump with a gas furnace as backup for the coldest few weeks. A straight gas furnace is still the right answer for some homes, especially where natural gas is cheap and the equipment is easy to service. We walk you through the trade-offs before you spend anything.
We serve homes and businesses across the Sequatchie Valley, Cumberland Plateau, Chattanooga metro, and into North Georgia and North Alabama.
