Heating Repair

No heat in January is an emergency. We prioritize heating-out calls and carry common parts on the truck so we can get you warm again on the first visit whenever possible.
What we fix
- Gas furnaces that will not ignite or keep going out
- Heat pumps stuck in defrost mode or blowing cold air
- Auxiliary strip heat running when it should not
- Mini-splits that will not heat
- Thermostat issues, wiring problems, and control-board failures
- Weak airflow, loud operation, and hot or cold spots
- System that runs constantly without keeping up
- Cracked heat exchangers and other safety issues
Honest answers on repair vs. replace
A failing heat exchanger, a compressor near end of life, or a refrigerant type that is no longer sold can push a system toward replacement. But a lot of no-heat calls are a bad flame sensor, a stuck contactor, a bad capacitor, or a control board fault. Those we fix, we do not sell a new system over them.
Safety first
If we smell gas, see a cracked heat exchanger, or find carbon monoxide risk, we shut the system down and tell you before we do anything else. That is a small enough part of the calls we run that it is worth flagging when it happens.
Serving Sequatchie Valley, Cumberland Plateau, Chattanooga area, and the tri-state line.
Recent work
A furnace connects to custom metal ductwork and insulated branches in a basement.
A newer gas furnace is installed in a tight utility space with connected ductwork.
